For customers who want to notarize electronically by secure audio-video session. Good for many liability releases, affidavits, authorizations, and business documents.
For customers who need a notary to come to their home, office, hospital, care facility, ranch, or other agreed location.
For title companies, escrow teams, lenders, ranch/property transactions, and individuals needing real estate documents signed and notarized.
We provide recurring notarization services for businesses, contractors, event organizers, employers, agricultural operations, and organizations that regularly require notarized liability releases, employment documents, waivers, and other business records. Volume scheduling and recurring service agreements are available.

Applicable New Mexico notarial fee(s) are based on the number of notarial acts, plus a set technology rate of $25.

Travel within Albuquerque, Bernalillo, and Rio Rancho starts at $35, plus the applicable New Mexico notarial fee(s).
Appointments outside the immediate service area are quoted based on travel distance and time. Your total price will always be provided and approved before your appointment is confirmed.

Signing agent fees vary depending on document package, travel distance, scanback requirements, and lender or title company instructions.

Pricing
Pricing shown reflects common appointments. Final pricing depends on the number of notarial acts, travel distance, appointment timing, document requirements, and any requested additional services. All fees are discussed and agreed upon before the appointment.

Valid forms of Photo ID include:
a driver’s license
a state ID
a US passport or passport card
a military service card
a tribal ID
I cannot complete the notarization without satisfactory proof of identity as required by New Mexico law. Applicable and agreed upon fees may still apply.

Instructions will be sent to you on how to login to a secure and state approved online notarization technology platform. The signer(s) must complete identity verification through that platform and appear in front of me through audio and video. The signer(s) do not need to be located in NM. A working webcam with audio and video capability is required in addition to the other required documents.

Do not sign the document before the appointment unless instructed that notarization of an already-signed document is acceptable.

The notarization may need to be rescheduled. Please complete all blanks that must be filled in before the appointment, except signature and notary sections. I cannot assist you in completing the form or determining the notarial act that needs to be confirmed and certified. Please check with the issuer if you have questions related to completion or notarial act required.

A Signing Agent is a commissioned notary who facilitates the signing of mortgage and real estate documents and notarizes the required documents. The signing agent cannot explain loan terms or provide legal advice.

I take card payments, cash, money order, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
Payment is due at the completion of the appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Travel, administrative, and document-service fees are separate from New Mexico's statutory notarial fees and will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.

Absolutely. I can notarlize as many document as needed during a session. Additionally, I provide mobile and remote notarization services for businesses, employers, agricultural operations, and organizations with recurring notarization needs.
